What I mean by "baselining" is replacing all consumable parts (normal wear and tear), good or bad, just so I know what their condition is.
Removing the variables and setting a baseline going forward, so I know what I am working with.
I have installed new fuel filters and fuel lines, flow is good at the one just before the carb at idle, but it you take it up to 50 it goes into a fuel starvation situation. Checked the filter after stalling out and you can see it not getting fuel. I think the fuel pump diaphragm is disintegrating.
So, I was planning on replacing the fuel pump as part of my starting baseline, good or bad.
