Arkansas is easy to work with. My bet is a bonded title is going to be what the revenue dept. suggest. If the clerk doesn’t mention a BT, ask about one one.

And yes, in person is differently better. I’d call first and ask for the best day snd time. Small offices can get swamped at times.
