Yes my truck has duals and yes they were on the outside of the wheel under the lug nuts. The truck only had a single wheel on the rear when I bought it as it was just to move it around. Do you know where the flat rings came from? We’re they used in a stock application of some kind. I will need two more 10 bolt ones to run on the rear duals along with the two I have. I have 4 wheels and it doesn’t look too hard to find two more. I think they were used on Motorhomes.
