| Crusing in the Passing Lane Joined: Jun 2011 Posts: 5,096 | Does your truck have dual wheels or singles? Those 19.5’s are set up for duals, you will need 6 of them. Singles with 5/10 on 7.25” bolt pattern are rare. The flat ring on the outside are not ‘adapters’, they go on top of the wheel, under the lug nuts. Since you don’t post your vehicle, those 19.5’s might be larger than your hubs, if so, sleeves(Advance Adapters) are easily made to fill that space.
