I need your help!! I have a stock 1946 Chevrolet Truck and I just spent 2 hours trying to remove the seat, with no luck, (going to replace windlace and recover the seat). How in the heck do you get the seat out? I can get the bottom to pull outward and I know that there are two prongs on the back that slide into the lower section.

But for the life of me, I can’t get the back to turn loose.

What holds the top of the back of the seat in? What am I missing? Is there a clip, a bolt, what?
