According to
this Russet Brown was a 1 year only (1955) color. If you click on the "G" at the left of the line for that color, you'll see some examples (not that many as it's apparently a pretty rare color.)
I bought a grille from a guy that had a 48 Kodiak Brown parts truck. It wasn't that good looking (to follow Otto's comment.)
