Yes I have. I used a NOS patch panel for a 60-66 Fleetside to repair my 55 Suburban. It wasn’t completely rotted out, but my truck needed several pieces of the patch panel. I can’t speak to the differences between a NOS and a new panel, but mine was a perfect fit.
