To give some kind of answer to Mr. Panic, since the Ethanol is still somewhat diluted, I would guess it is less corrosive.
Actually, the water would be more corrosive to the metal that carbs are cast from. Don't know about corrosivity of Ethanol to various rubber compounds, whether watered down Ethanol would be more corrosive or less so.
