exactly? considering the other things the trucker advertized, the slag refered to was being sold as an amendment for concrete, replacing part of the portland cement - gives increased hardness and durability - also, used as RR track ballast and as rip-rap on steep shore slopes to retard erosion, not to mention it's fertilizer value due to mineral content
