Jethro, since the procedure is supposed to be done after the engine is warmed up to operating temperature, I assume your engine is running on it's engine stand.

Did you notice any difference in power/response after you finished the adjustment? Did you detect a decrease in noise?

Also, I notice that you used the "Heavy Duty" settings for your valve clearance. Why is that? Is there some benefit to adjusting for heavy duty use even though the truck will not be used in heavy duty service?
