It's an even bigger change for old analog AM radios that don't receive digital AM.
If there is no analog AM stations to listen to then the old radio becomes an expensive dash hole filler.
My 54/55 radio is in the same boat. To have one converted to AM/FM Stereo is another $$$.
Unless you are going 100% original, consider other cost effective options.
