If you are talking about wanting to remove the gauge cluster/speedo cluster and are asking what switches need removed, you must have a 64, 64 or 66. In that case pull out the cluster, the "switches" will have some service loop to access the back of the switches. If they have connectors or removable terminals, unplug them. If you want to leave them attached to the wiring, they should be removable out the rear of the panel by removing a nut/knob. Then they can be left hanging. Examine the situation. There can be aftermarket owner added things and wiring methods.
On 60-63 there are no switches mounted to the cluster, just gauges, lamps and speedo.
