For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 435 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 435 | Alright boys and girls. After plenty of rectal irritation and numerous skinned knuckles, I found the 2 studs on the firewall inside the cab to get the heater box divorced from the truck. Had to take the glove box apart for access. Wait a minute!!! Just when you think you've got it whipped, you'll find 4 tiny sheet metal screws on the back side of the box to finally cause everything to come apart. Now I can take some time and clean everything up and spray some paint while I wait for the new core to get here from my NAPS (neighborhood auto parts store). The boss lady says with some professional therapy and the proper medication, my attitude should change enough for me to qualify as a grumpy old man instead of being completely intolerable trying to figure out how something is supposed to work. The dogs don't even want to be around me. Hope everyone is doing well and staying warm. Take your toys out and play with them and it'll do wonders for your mood. Tramp | | |
