I recently went through a fuel pump fiasco wherein two Carquest fuel pumps proved to be useless junk - one of them right out of the box wouldn't pump a single drop.
I sent my original glass bowl style fuel pump to Then & Now Automotive and it works perfectly. I elected to have T&N rebuild the pump for me because it was extremely reasonably priced. $52+ shipping for the kit if I did it myself. $115 for them to do it. $63 for seemed like a real deal to have them do it for me. They have the tools and jigs to remove the pin from the arm, etc.
