I had mine out this morning, drove over to my parents house. After doing some work for them, I plugged off the PVC valve and drove home, the A/F ratio gauge was just the same, or so close I couldn't tell the difference. I believe the valves meter so little air at a time, the fuel mixtures are not effected one way or the other. Stuck wide open would be a different story.
