Model CE-31403 is a Cab Chassis with 157" wb per my books, maybe someone typing got the wheel base wrong at the assembly plant (133 would be the more common wb to type in)???

As for brakes, I bet you can get everything you need from your local NAPA and since it's been off road for so long, I'd replace the entire system. Steel and flex lines, master cylinder and wheel cylinders. The lines fail from the inside out, so they may look good but be a mess on the inside

You can check the Hydrovac to see if it's still working. On your first start up of the day, put medium leg pressure on the brake pedal and start the engine. You should feel the pedal fade a little as the Hydrovac gets vacuum, if so it's working. Post a picture so we know which Hydrovac you have...the old style need about 1oz of sewing machine oil once a year to keep the leather seal soft and flexible.
