See attached. That denotes 1955 I think. I believe that's the original engine based on the trucks serial number. Chevrolet has serial numbered the van as a 1955 but titled as 1954. The van body is the 1954 earlier version without the exterior radiator fill access. I assume they used up the bodies on whatever chassis Chevrolet sold them, until they were gone. So technically the drive train is 1955 but the body/dash ect. is a 1954. I still would like to know what the stamping means? Thanks.
