| | | | Joined: Feb 2019 Posts: 4,472 AD Addict & Tinkerer | | AD Addict & Tinkerer Joined: Feb 2019 Posts: 4,472 | GM used southern yellow pine (not PT) and finished it with a mixture of linseed oil and lamp black. However, I do not know the process and yes, some were painted the body color.
