To the best of my knowledge on the Carter YF 2100s throttle body, the SAE size 2 should fit a 216 and the SAE 3 should fit most of the 235s. The #2 has a 2 11/16" center to center stud measurement. The #3 is a 2 15/16" center to center stud measurement on the throttle body. Carb King and Jon G have some really informative information on the Carter YFs.
