Bought a Carter YF 2100S carb at a swap meet and sent it off to be professionally rebuilt. It came back looking beautiful. Went to install it on my ‘54 235 and it wouldn’t fit. Turns out it fits a 216. Did Carter make two versions of the YF 2100S? I thought it was made for the 235. If so, I guess someone replaced the throttle body with one that fits a 216. Thoughts?
