I have a 1957 chevy 3100 truck with stock 15 inch 6 lug wheels. It is fitted with 7.00R 15 radial tires. I upgraded the front brakes to disc using POL's upgrade kit. Everything fit nice but the calipers rub on the wheel rims. I was warned of this by POL when I purchased it. So I need to have new wheel fabricated to fit the rims. I want to maintain the stock look.
Firstly, does anyone know what the standard rim size, set back and offset would be for a my stock wheel?
Or does anyone have experience or a recommendation for the proper wheel to use? I have found someone to fabricate the wheel for me but I need to give him the exact measurements: wheel width, set back, off set..... This is all new to ne so excuse my ignorance if I ask a redundant question.
Thanks in advance.
