They can be found on the 4000 series trucks (the 6000 series had 6-lug) and will have the same 10-lug bolt pattern as your truck, but will have a 5.25" center hole...your truck has a 4.75" hole, so you'd need to make spacer rings to bring the hole back to 4.75".
