First thing was take off the front clip. Easier than I thought. Patience. I didn't want to wring any bolts so I soaked then with Blaster for a couple of days after wire brushing. Then I heated the visible threads red hot and allowed them to cool. Next I freshened the threads with a die, hit them with the Blaster again and they screwed right out. Saved them all. 7 bolts attaching fenders to the cab and firewall on each corner and 2 under the radiator mount. 3 of us picked it up and carried it outside. Ahhh... total access to engine and frame.
