Buy the new strap set to go along with it. You'll also need a new outlet/petcock valve and sending unit.
There is a new sending unit available on ebay that JonG recommends.
I should mention (as I've done many times here), if you need a new sending unit the most accurate and probably the most long-lived one is sold on eBay by a seller whose ID is renbusan. About $30. I think he may also be selling the sender on Amazon. Made in Taiwan and extremely well designed. I mentioned it on page 1 of this thread, but I mention it again in case anyone needs it. Jon G
