The rear lights came from the factory with double contact bulbs, tail and stop. So disregard what I said about single contact sockets there unless yours have been changed from factory. But in order to have turn signals in the front, you'll need to convert the parking lights from single to double contact sockets and add wiring from your turn signal switch. There are a ton of posts about wiring for turn signals. You'll need to run an additional wire to the back stop/turn lights.
