You might want to pick up a cheap needlescaler from HF...O.K. for occasional use. Works slick for the scaled rust on frames. You might be suprised how little metal is left, but now's a good time to add fishplates. The frame on a '67 broke clean in half when I dropped the dump body on it...bummer.
