At the bottom of the 'quick reply' box is the 'Use Full Editor' button. click it!
That opens up a"New Reply" box.
Scroll down past the emojis and you will see a paperclip with 'Attachment Manager' beside it.
Click the 'Attachment Manager'.
This opens up a window that has a button 'Select a File To Attach'.
Follow the instructions given previously about captions,then click 'Select A file To Attach'.
Select the photo you want.
When your photo has loaded click the 'Done' button.
