Thanks for the advice. Once I understood what had to happen and accepted that I had to use the wire off the brake light switch it all made sense. Got the flasher nicely mounted on the left side kick panel up out of sight. Turned out great. On this truck in the 70’s I had mid 70’s Chevy step side top lights and a two wire brake and signal light. The way the one wire light works is cool.
