I can't check under my 51 right now, but if my memory serves me correctly....
there is a big 'bar' that has 2 humps, and streches across the frame, just behind the cab. when you press the foot pedal on the e-brake, it pivots the bar, thus pulling the e-brake cable. mine was frozen up tighter than a frog's a** when i got it, and it took quite a bit of persuation to get it to work again. hope this helps.....
