I've used generic brands and they all (including All-Metal) seem to sensitive to base/activator mixing ratio. Not enough hardener and plan on removing it when it doesn't set up completely.
The All-Metal is OK to spread, but can be a pain to sand. I've used Eastwood Contour Finishing Putty (also needs hardener) and I'd rate it just a touch above All-Metal, but it's way more expensive and shouldn't be used except for very small dings.
