Yes the loose one is from the passenger side which is what fell off. I am wondering if I can get that reattached but it seems there is some type of bushing or washer that goes in it. Not sure if their is a part sold for repairing this or if I need the whole new transmission arm which comes with this piece mounted on it. The key here for all responders is the ferrule groove piece doesn't just pop back on in which case a little epoxy would work. There is a gap or hollow out area so it just freely spins around the wiper tranmission coming through the cowl. I am thinking their is another piece I don't have that sits inside this ferrule groove piece which is needed to make is snug. Hope that makes sense. After some parts searching I'm not seeing this groove piece or my mysterious inner bushing only the whole new linkage with it attached which they charge over $100 for.
