The exact year isn’t necessary, just the general idea. I know that a couple of years of the ‘40s the head was different with smaller spark plugs. The head is in my junk shed and I did good to photo what I did ( dropped the phone and played hell to retrieve it without pulling half the junk out of the shed!). It’s not a big deal, just a curiosity thing.
