The same seal was used on '41-'55.1 2-speed rears. Try your local Chevy dealer and ask for part #3651493. They might locate one through the dealer network. You could also try part number searches at Partsvoice or Collector Auto Supply . If you can get the pinion flange off, you might be able to see the part numbers on the seal for cross referencing.
