Before you put that new horn switch in place examine it closely. I bought one from Classic Parts about 9 years ago that had black paint on the underside of the top piece which prevented it from conducting electricity when pushed. I put a piece of 240 grit sandpaper between the top and bottom pieces, pushed the top down lightly and drug the sandpaper around to knock the black paint off. It has been working well since.
