A few shots from late today -- the trip over to the yard to salvage the last few things off the '49 1-ton -- like the splasher 235 engine, the transmission, the window trim (stainless), door hinges, radiator, driveshaft ...

And before any gets too bent, this truck's sheet metal was completely rusted. We saved what we could.
