Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 10,293 Renaissance Man | | Renaissance Man Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 10,293 | It would seem to me that you did not exert downward pressure on the rear of the hood while you had a 4" block of wood between the nose of the hood and the hood latch while you tightened the hinge bolts. I use a 6" length of railroad rail on top of a beach towel to prevent paint damage.
