Hy 58caddy, thank you for the pictures and telling us which wheels your truck uses. The original part number is 2392980, I found no cross to that number at the Napa website. I found a couple of possible replacement drums in my Raybestos catalogue, their p/n is 9578, ten holes, 11.25" bolt circle, 4.32" brake surface depth and a height of 8.81". As I don't know the height of the original drum I'm not sure if it would replace your drum or not. Have you had your drum measured, I believe that drum can legally be turned .090 oversize.
