Yes, the wire with the fusible link which goes from + battery post to a relay on the core support was separated from the splice connector. Not sure exactly what the relay’s purpose is other than supply power to the fuse panel and the start side of the switch. The guy wasn’t interested in the where and why, he just wanted the truck to start.
