The datum is the face of the dash (firewall), at least on the AD series FAM. So hopefully the replacement firewall got put back in the same place. But you could reference off another point that's defined in the figure. But if the firewall is in a different spot front to back, that might throw off the hinge locations completely. I'm not familiar with the later hinge mounting.
