We have a two post lift, a drive on lift, a front end alignment rack, and a frame alignment rack so seldom need jack stands but IF needed we use the non adjustable ones made from 3/4T Ford rear end axle bells (tubes). For super stability we use old 20" steel racing wheels as this gives not only vertical stability but also doesn't move horizontally. When holding up with the forklift there is a steel square tube to insert by the vertical cylinder and a high tensile chain on the tilt cylinder. NOTHING is worth injury or worse to any of the ones working on toys that are not necessary for ones living or daily transportation.
