With the supply of adjusters as scarce as they seem to be, it would probably be worthwhile for somebody with a CNC lathe to program it to knock out a few hundred or more. My son-in-law used to sell tooling to several CNC shops in our area. Maybe he knows of a shop that would be interested in making a small run of them.

It might also be possible to put a 3/8-24 Helicoil into a stovebolt rocker arm.
