There could be damage on the inside door jam and cab.
It's very hard to see the gap at the cowl and door. The top of the door may be hitting the cab.
When you get your truck up and running, I would take it to a good body man for a good inspection.
AD doors can be a real pain to make work and look well. Worn door hinges makes door alignment almost impossible.
"Adding CFM to a truck will only help at engine speeds you don't want to use."
