On big fertilizer off road frames we always cut them with thin wheels,scratched up clean tacked-up straight welded with 7018 lo-hi or what the pipe-fitters called hippie-rod. That was because when 7018 showed up those hippie fitters could make an x-ray quality weld with it !! Even girls done it. | | |
