I had my original tank cleaned out at the radiator shop. It was less than the price of a new one and I didn't think it was too bad inside (didn't look rusty just had a thin layer of some dried up black material). I had not heard of NPD before thanks for the suggestion. If this one has issues I will look into one of those.
