Take the pushrod cover off the side of the engine and tilt that last one so it can come out of the bottom. It might also be possible to unbolt the head, slide it forward and/or sideways a little, and get enough clearance to slip it out of the top. Don't forget to manipulate it the same way as you reinstall the head!
