Thanks for the input. The top mount holes are open and the lower ones are threaded. There is no synchronizer in this trans and all the gears are straight cut. The oldest book I have is a 1935 car Motor's Manual and it shows a non syncro trans for the Standard and a syncro version for the Master. The book also shows the 35 standard trans with some helical gears so this one is an earlier version.
It also does not have the bearing retainer with the sleeve for the T/O bearing to slide on. Hopefully someone locally can use it.
