I haven't noticed one brand being any more or less rusted than the other.. i've seen GMC and Chevy trucks rusted so bad you could load the bed thru the side, and i've seen others that looked like they were kept in a museum.

Seems like in the 50's the GMC had a better selection of engines, tho.
