I am relocating my question from the Truck parts wanted forum to my original posting in Engine shop:
I have located a Carter YF 965S as a possible alternative to the Carter YF 2100S After reading Jon G`s post above. I assume the 965S is the same as the 964S but with auto choke. A couple questions. Can I just disconnect my manual choke and run it? Could the 965S be converted to manual choke by swapping parts? Will my original Air filter that fits my Rochester B fit the same? Thanks
