Agree with Curly... check with NAPA. I just helped a friend do a brake job on the rear of a '71 Dodge 1-ton, and the drums were in stock at the local store (old ones were more than 0.250 under the limit!!!!). I believe they hadtwo "grades" - we took the cheaper ones as they were in stock, but they looked to be of very decent quality.
Don't know about the Chevy, but on the Dodge (Dana 60), we had to press the eight lugs out to get the old drum off the hub. Not a huge deal if you have a shop press, probably other ways to do it, or have the parts store do it for you.
