Hello John my name is John Zimmer I also have the same 37 truck I swapped the 216 for a 235 and I’m having problems with getting the clutch and throughout bearing to work properly I’m wondering if you swapped engines and how did you get the clutch to work properly. I know that the 37 was a single year design so I had to swap bell housing to a later one which changed the clutch fork etc. I just want to pick someone’s brain so I can get this truck on the road.
